Teacher urinated in trash can, Ga. 4th-graders say

AP

(CBS/AP) - One Riverdale, Ga. educator seems to be giving substitute teachers an even worse reputation than they already have.

Substitute teacher Coleman Eaton Jr., 60, was charged with child molestation after students at Riverdale Elementary School reported him urinating into a trash can in the classroom.

Police say Eaton allegedly went to the back of the class and told the fourth-graders not to turn around while he urinated into the garbage can.

Apparently some of the students did not follow directions, because at least one turned around to see Eaton urinating and complained at the school office.

Eaton should have known that kids never listen to substitute teachers!

After officers interviewed the students and Eaton, they placed him under arrest at the Clayton County Jail.

Riverdale Police Major Greg Barney told the Atlanta Journal Constitution that Eaton had not given a motive for his alleged conduct.

Although Eaton did not confess to the crime, the Riverdale police did find the, uh...physical evidence, Barney also told the newspaper.
