4 dead in gunfire at Texas home

Four people including the suspect are dead after gunfire rang out in Killeen, Texas, reports CBS Waco affiliate KWTX-TV.

Police say they were called to the scene of a domestic disturbance late Sunday night.

A standoff developed, with the suspect holed up inside a home and SWAT team members surrounding it.

The suspect, said to be 30 years old, shot himself to death with a handgun, authorities say.

Earlier, the situation apparently moved from outside the home to inside.

Two neighbors, a man and woman, are also dead.

Two bodies found inside the home are believed to be the gunman and his wife.

Another neighbor was injured and taken to a hospital, where she is reported in serious condition.

Exactly what happened is still unclear.
