Republican Presidential Candidate Rick Santorum looks to do well in Louisiana's primary this weekend as hopes to regain the momentum against delegate leader Mitt Romney. Santorum got a gift in the form of a gaffe, and a children's toy, from a top Romney aide who said transforming the campaign from the primary to the general was like an etch-a-sketch, where the former Massachusetts Governor could reset his campaign. Santorum quickly found an etch-a-sketch to make the point that Romney was not a true conservative.

"Give us a chance to have a candidate who stands firmly on the rock of freedom not on the sands of an etch a sketch," said the former Pennsylvania Senator this week.

Meanwhile back in Washington, the federal budget and health care are dominating the headlines this week. House Budget architect Paul Ryan released his second "Path for Prosperity" plan to cut federal spending, change Medicare and Medicaid and reform the tax code. Republicans are expected to pass it as their budget and the Republican Presidential Candidates have already embraced it.

While achieving more deficit reduction and less taxes than President Obama's budget plan, the Ryan Plan calls for the repeal of the President's signature Affordable Care Act. As the law marks its two year anniversary, it's going to face its toughest test next week as the Supreme Court will hold three days of arguments on the constitutionality of some of the law's provisions, including the individual mandate for health insurance.
