Secrets to Hassle-Free Post-Holiday Returns
Returning unwanted gifts after Christmas is as much a part of the holiday landscape as shopping for gifts to begin with.
In fact, nearly 20 percent of Americans plan to return at least one holiday gift, according to a Consumer Reports Holiday Shopping Poll conducted last year.
The National Retail Federation estimates that the value of holiday returns will be up more than $1 billion this year, to $43.82 billion.
