Rock Star: Supernova
There are five rockers left. Even though Ryan got the shaft, he has the top three music downloads on MSN. Good for him!
All the rockers got to collaborate with Gilby on a song and this week each will sing a pre-picked song and an original.
Dilana sang "Behind Blue Eyes." Despite a torn calf muscle, she did a good job — just good. Her original song "Supersoul" was a little boring and predictable but still good.
Magni sang "Back In The USSR." He showed some versatility in this song. The judges liked his original song, "When The Time Comes," but I was slightly bored.
Storm sang the Bowie hit "Suffragette City." (I think I spelled that right!?) I think she is the weakest one there and, despite being hot, might be the next to go home.
Her original "Ladylike" is more her style and I think it's her best yet. I think Tommy has a major crush on her, by the way.
Lukas sings the classic "Livin on a Prayer." I think he rocks with the slowed down version while he played guitar. This rocks and I love it! His original "Headspin" is a song about mother and it's emotional and exceptional. It's his night and he deserves it.
Toby closes the show with "Mr. Brightside." He sounds exactly like the original. Is that good or bad? I liked it.
His original "Throw It Away" sounds like a Toby song. Stellar performance. He worked the entire stage and didn't flinch when Tommy Lee grabbed his butt. And he gave Brooke props. He's my new fav!
