Report: Tiger and Elin to Share Kids in Divorce

Tiger Woods and his wife, Elin, will share custody of their two children if they divorce, according to a report published on RadarOnline.com Monday.

According to the report, the two have spent only a few days together in the past month and both have consulted divorce lawyers. A source familiar with the situation told the website that they will share joint custody of their children if the divorce goes through.

"They have not been getting along as a married couple but there has been no conflict over the children," the source said. "They both want what's best for the kids. This isn't going to get ugly. They've both made sure of that."

Woods withdrew from The Players Championship on Sunday with an injury that he fears might be a bulging disk in his upper back. Elin reportedly spent the day without her husband, celebrating Mother's Day with their two children, Sam Alexis and Charlie Axel.

According to the report, Woods' wife is staying in a rented house about a mile from the home they once shared in Orlando, Fla.

Their relationship reportedly began to improve, RadarOnline's souce said, but Woods' return to golf became a sticking point -- Elin felt that the golfer returned too soon and wasn't committed to working on their relationship. She's since taken multiple trips without him, including a recent one to Sweden with the kids.

"When they are both home, they pass the kids back and forth without any arguing," the source told RadarOnline. "They've both done everything they can to make it as easy as possible on the children."

The report states that neither Woods nor his wife wants a battle.

"The marriage doesn't look like it's going to make it but at least there's not going to be a custody battle."
