Recipes: Applejack cocktails

More than 300 years ago Scottish immigrant Alexander Laird operated a distillery in Monmouth County, N.J., beginning what would become a multi-generational business producing applejack, apple brandy and other spirits. By the 1970s the operations had relocated to Virginia, where today Laird & Company is America's oldest family-owned, licensed distillery.
