WASHINGTON (AP) - The following recalls have been announced:

-About 4,700 Newborn Keepsake Mittens made by Nurses Choice Corp., of Wilmington, N.C. Decorations on the mittens can be pulled off, posing a choking hazard. No injuries have been reported, though there is a report that a decoration fell off a mitten. The mittens are made of white cotton and have candy cane and other decorations on them. They were distributed nationwide to newborns from last October to last month. Consumers can contact the company at 800-747-7076 for more information.

-Prime Choice Foods is recalling certain lots of Garden of Eatin' Multi Grain Chips - Sea Salt Tortilla Chips, Everything Tortilla Chips and Blues Sea Salt Tortilla Chips - due to the presence of undeclared wheat and soy. No illnesses or allergic reactions have been reported. The chips were distributed to food stores nationwide. Consumers may call 800-434-4246 for more information.
