Poll: Is "Fit" Too Trivial to be a Job Qualification?

THE SCENARIO: A manager of a small team is relentless in her emphasis that a candidate must "fit" with the rest of the team. The team needs highly creative and highly productive people who can produce on tight deadlines, and believes this requires people who can gel with the team's work style.
