Odds are, your company has issued you a BlackBerry or Windows Mobile phone -- or just assumes you get one on your own. So now you get corporate e-mail pushed to your pocket on a continuous basis, 24/7. But how do you respond to that constant flow of messages?

As we've previously told you, experts say that it can take about a minute to return to work as normal after reading an e-mail. Other researchers say it's actually much worse.

Despite the evidence (and common sense), many businesses have a policy -- sometimes formal, sometimes informal -- which leads employees to check their phone every time it vibrates throughout the day.

So what does your boss or corporate policy expect from you and your mobile e-mail account?
