(CBS) You just grabbed a quick lunch and are heading back home or to work when it occurs to you:

How long will it take to burn off those calories you just consumed?

The answer, of course, depends on your weight and activity level. But it could be a lot longer than you realize.

Even if you eat something relatively healthy, like that Subway six-inch oven roasted chicken sandwich you just gobbled, and then washed down with a soda.
