Philippine Nurses Get U.S. Jobs

There is a growing health crisis in the Philippines. The problem is that many of the country's top nurses are leaving for work in the United States, lured by jobs that pay as much as 20 times more than they would earn at home.

CBS News Correspondent Gaby Tabunar reports that some hospitals are losing as many as 40 percent of their nursing staff workers to American jobs.
