Own Your Own Jack Bauer Toy

Jack Bauer fans can now spend time with the Fox TV action hero "24" hours a day, thanks to a new set of action figures.

An action figure based on the "24" lead character, played by Kiefer Sutherland, will be released in two different boxed sets taken directly from scenes for the series, 20th Century Fox Licensing & Merchandising and McFarlane Toys announced Friday.

The Emmy and Golden Globe winning program is told in 24 hour-long episodes dealing with a day in the life of the maverick anti-terrorist agent from the high-tech Counter Terrorist Unit.

The toys are scheduled to be in stores in August and December 2007.

"24" is nominated for best television series – drama. Also, Sutherland is nominated for best actor in a drama at the 64th Golden Globe awards, which will air live Monday night on NBC.
