Nikki Reed, Paul McDonald are engaged
(CBS) - They've only been dating for a few months, but "Twilight" actress Nikki Reed and former "American Idol" hopeful Paul McDonald are engaged.
A source close to the couple confirmed the news to E!'s Marc Malkin
Reed, 23, flashed her engagement ring while walking the red carpet with McDonald, 26, at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday.

"He's the one," she told E!
The couple first met in March when the season 10 top 13 "Idol" finalists went to the Los Angeles premiere of "Red Riding Hood.
"I love him and I don't care," Reed told People magazine last month.
"I've never met anyone like him. I've never met anyone who has such a good solid heart and comes from such a good solid family and is just a genuine person. We have the exact same sense of humor. I've never laughed so much with anyone as I do with him."
