One of the last Nazi War Criminals gets sentenced John Demjanjuk, 91-year-old retired American auto worker, was sentenced to five years in prison for being a Nazi during World War II. The Ukrainian was charged with 28,060 counts of being an accessory to murder while working at the Sobibor camp in Nazi-occupied Poland. Demjanjuk's case has lasted over 30 years. In the 1980s he was convicted in an Israeli court of being "Ivan the Terrible," the brutal guard at the Treblinka concentration camp. However, he was freed when the court overturned the ruling and found evidence that he was not Ivan. He still claims that he was a originally a Soviet soldier who became a German POW. He was then forced to join the Vlasov Army, a group of anti-communist Soviet POWs who were forced to fight with Germany against the Soviet Union. Is it a laptop? A netbook?
