Nick Lachey selling his home...again
(CBS) So Nick Lachey's Bel-Air home is for sale. Huzzah! We hope it fetches a good price. The guy has a wedding and TV special to prepare for!

Zillow reports Lachey listed the home about a year ago and then took it off the market. His listing agent said it was because Lachey decided he wasn't ready to sell yet. OK, why not?
In any event, the home is listed at $5,995,000. Lachey purchased it in 2006 from Heidi Klum and Seal. A remodel of the space turned it into the bachelor pad you see today.
Lachey is selling the home because he and soon-to-be-wife Vanessa Minnillo are planning to be bi-coastal with a primary residence on the East Coast, said his listing agent.
Zillow reports the home is 4,722 square feet, has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, dark hardwood floors, an open floor plan and high ceilings. The home is on a private gated lot.
As for the wedding special, "Nick and Vanessa's Dream Wedding" will follow the couple's trip down the aisle. It will reportedly feature footage of their joint wedding shower, Minnillo's dress shopping and the ceremony.
