Lohan Fractures Wrist After Spill

Lindsay Lohan was rushed to a hospital Friday night in New York for a fractured wrist, "Access Hollywood" reports.

The 20-year-old actress was taken to St. Vincent's hospital by her driver. Her publicist, Leslie Sloane, confirmed to the entertainment news show on Saturday morning that Lohan had in fact fractured her wrist in two places after she fell at Milk Studios in New York where she attending a Fashion week event.

Sloane told "Access Hollywood" that Lohan slipped while walking in an outdoor area in flat Chanel boots and that "there's a pending investigation," because the actress claims the venue didn't take the necessary precautions to make the ground less slippery. The "Georgia Rule" star had been scheduled to return to Los Angeles for movie meetings, according to her publicist, and now her "lawyers are looking into" the incident because it may have prevented her from doing so.

"Access Hollywood" reported that Lohan's mom, Dina, drove in from Long Island to the hospital to be with her daughter.
