Ke$ha leaves rehab, "feeling healthy"

Ke$ha has left rehab and says she's feeling great.

The pop star, who entered a treatment center for eating disorders in January, posted the news Thursday on Twitter, writing: "Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music." She added, "life is beautiful. I'm so blessed to have u all."

Ke$ha also changed her Twitter handle from @keshasuxx to @KeshaRose.

In February, Ke$ha, postponed her spring shows so she could get "her health back on track."

The 27-year-old singer's mother said earlier this week that her daughter "almost died," explaining, "The doctors told me her blood pressure and sodium levels were so low, they'd never seen it that low except with someone who'd had a heart attack or stroke. They said it was a miracle she hadn't already dropped dead on stage."
