Is "Sales Support" the Right Name for this Group?

A Sales Machine reader recently emailed me with a problem. She's the head of a department that does a lot of "salesy" stuff, but can't figure out what to call it. She'd like our help figuring out the right name. I have my own ideas, but I thought I'd open it up for discussion.

Here's the letter:

Hi Geoffrey,

I would love to get input from you and your readers regarding department name suggestions. Currently, we are the Sales Support Department. Our main functions are:

1 - Small account management and telemarketing
2 - Inbound Calls; Qualifying Prospects
3 - Customer Support (800 line)
4 - Powerpoint presentations, spreadsheets, and projects for outside sales.
5 - Sample and Material Orders

I'd like to get 'Support' out of our department name, because we're most definitely not admins and there's another department called 'Sales Services' with whom we're constantly being mixed up.

We can't use Inside Sales, either, due to internal reasons. I've thrown out Sales Operations and Sales Administration and gotten a lukewarm reception for both.

Would you consider offering a suggestion or two, and possibly asking your other readers for suggestions as well?
