Iraqi Militants Develop New, Enhanced Surface-to-Surface Missile

The "scientific technical unit" of the Iraqi insurgent group Ansar al Sunna announced the launch of a new and enhanced missile developed by the group, under the name "Al Ansar's Arrow."

The new missile has a range of 70 kilometres, according to the group, and is capable of carrying cluster bombs and chemical, or nuclear payload as well as conventional explosives.

The group also released a 51-page manual as well as a 10-minute instructional video, detailing the specifications of the missile, the parts it's made of and ways to put them together.
