Introducing The E-Cliner
Just what every computer nerd needs -- a couch-potato option.
The Explorer, the latest in Web-surfing furniture, is a reclining chair developed by Microsoft and La-Z-Boy.
It comes with a wireless keyboard and Sony set-top receiver for Microsoft's Web TV Plus service.
All this for $1049 in fabric or nearly $1500 for leather or vinyl. And it includes two free months of interactive connection.
It seems to have it all.
The left arm can be opened to unfold a tilting, swiveling table for the keyboard.
The same arm also contains a 120-volt outlet with surge protector and jacks for phone connections. The right arm has a drink holder and storage for remote controls.
You have to buy your own TV set, though.
