One time a management consultant told me "Nobody likes change, except a wet baby." There was some truth to that remark, because the kind of corporate cultures that were his bread and butter were entrenched in the status quo. And it was his job to basically dig them deeper into the trench. (Did I mention he was a management consultant.)
