How To Get Out of Your Cell Phone Contract for Free

If you're a Sprint customer, but you want to switch providers to, say, AT&T (iPhone) or T-Mobile (HotSpot@Home), you may be able to get out of paying an early termination fee. That's because Sprint's raising the rate for roaming; if you pay for roaming in your plan, you can cite "materially adverse change of contract" to get them to let you out for free.
