Google Presentations Adds New Features, Late-January Edition

It was only a few weeks ago that Google rolled out some nifty new features for Presentations, its Web-based PowerPoint clone, and now the company is back with even more upgrades. What's new now? Take a look:

  • Save your presentations as PDF files, then download them for on-the-go viewing and sharing.
  • PDF-based printing options. Go to File > Print, select how many slides you'd like on a page (up to 12), and preview your choice.
  • Vector shapes, which let you add basic diagrams and drawings to your slides. For example, use block arrows to point out important items, or say something in a call-out bubble.
Good stuff! So what do you say, Web workers? Who gets your presentation-building business, Google Docs or Zoho? A different service? Talk it up in the Comments. [via The Official Google Docs Blog]
