Google goes (Lady) Gaga
Who woulda thunk it? When she was in high school, they thought she would turn out as Lady Google.
"When I was in high school all my girlfriends wanted to get jobs here, and I wanted to be what they were searching for," said Lady Gaga, who toured the Googleplex on Tuesday.
Among other tidbits gleaned during her nerd-to-nerd interview conducted by vice president Marissa Mayer:
- Gaga participated in a start-up with her father
- She's a fan of the "David at the Dentist" YouTube video
- A friend by the name of Mary Hailey works at Google
