Get Free Wi-Fi on Your Next Delta Flight

Ready to Wi-Fi the friendly skies? Delta is offering a free trial of its new Gogo Inflight Internet service, which is currently available on select routes.

Just look for the "Wi-Fi Onboard" logo the next time you hop a Delta flight. If your plane has it, fire up your laptop (or phone), connect to the "gogoinflight" network, and then run your browser.

You'll need to create an account, then enter promo code DELTATRYGOGO. (The complete instructions are available at the above link.) Presto! You get free Wi-Fi for the duration of the flight.

After that, Gogo Inflight (which is also being rolled out on other airlines) will run you anywhere from $5.95 for a 1.5-hour session to $49.95 for a 30-day pass (ideal for frequent flyers).

If you're able to try the service, drop us a comment and let us know how it went. My gut says in-flight Internet will be slow as molasses, but I have no firsthand experience. My hope is that I'll be able to stream Hulu at 30,000 feet. How awesome would that be?
