"Queer As Folk" star Gale Harold plays Senior FBI Agent Graham Kelton in this mystery series about the search for the beautiful young wife of Sen. Jeffrey Collins (John Allen Nelson, "24"). As the plot develops, clues reveal that there may be a larger conspiracy surrounding the disappearance of the senator's wife.

The large cast also includes Ming-Na ("ER"), Chris Egan ("Empire"), and Rebecca Gayheart ("Nip/Tuck," "Harvard Man").

"Moonlighting" meets "24" in this action drama about a hostage negotiators at the FBI's Crisis Negotiation Unit. Ron Livingston ("Sex and the City") plays Matt Flannery, who happens to be sleeping with his partner, Emily Lehman, played by Rosemarie Witt ("Cinderella Man").

They desperately try to keep their relationship a secret, but during a tense hostage stand-off, Matt accidentally reveals the secret to all their colleagues. Their boss is not pleased, and the couple chooses to end their romantic relationship but stay partners at work.

Matt and Emily soon discover that being platonic is not as easy as they thought.

"Justice"
(Wednesday 9 p.m. )

The legal drama "Justice" examines the science and technology used by a top defense team. It's no surprise that the show is from Jerry Bruckheimer, executive producer of "CSI" and "Without A Trace." In each episode, four forensic lawyers from different backgrounds combine their talents to win high-profile cases.

The show stars Victor Garber ("Alias," "Titanic"), Kerr Smith ("Charmed"), Eammon Walker ("Oz"), and Robin Mader ("The Devil Wears Prada")

3"'Til Death"
(Thursday 8 p.m.)

Sort of "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" meets Neil Simon, "'Til Death" is about a pair of newlyweds who move next door to a cranky middle-aged couple. Brad Garrett returns to series television as Eddie Stark, with Joely Fisher as his wife, Joy. They're on day 8,743 of their marriage while Steph (Kat Foster, "Law & Order") and Jeff Woodcock (Eddie Kaye Thomas, "Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle") have been married for 12 blissful days.

The cynical Eddie offers his advice on marriage to the idealistic Jeff. Although they probably wouldn't admit it, Eddie and Joy do love each other.

"Happy Hour"
(Thursday 8:30 p.m.)

Stars John Sloan as Henry Beckman, a guy who has everything a great job, perfect girlfriend, nice apartment — and then loses it all in one day. That same day, he meets Larry, a colorful character who just happens to be looking for a roommate. Zaniness ensues.

The show also stars Lex Medlin as Larry Cone, and Beth Lacke as Amanda. The "buddy comedy" is created by Jackie Filgo and Jeff Filgo ("That '70s Show".)

5"Celebrity Duets"
(Thursday 9 p.m., Friday 9 p.m.)

An odd array of athletes and b-list celebrities are paired up with different music stars each week to sing and be judged by Marie Osmond, Little Richard and producer David Foster. The show premiered on Aug. 29.

Most of the celebrity contestants are not known for their singing, but Jai Rodriguez ("Queer Eye For The Straight Guy") has starred on Broadway in the musical "Rent." Lucy Lawless, Alfonso Ribeiro, and Hal Sparks are still in the running.
