Force Word to Auto Correct Common Typos

As Rick can attest, I'm a terrible typist. Moreover, I tend to make the same mistakes over and over. I suspect the Y key on my keyboard is a bit sticky, for example, since I often end up with "ou" when I tried to type "you." Once I recognized that I frequently make this same error over and over, I taught Word (and all the Office apps) to fix it for me automatically, so I don't have to repetitively fix the same errors via the spell checker. You can do the same. In this exclusive Business Hacks video, I can show you how to teach AutoCorrect to autonomously correct your most common typos.

This isn't the only way to simplify text entry with Word. Check out Teach Outlook to Expand Shorthand and Abbreviations.
