Flay Gets Saucy With Clams

I happen to love everything that Bobby makes and he's one of my favorite people. I call him the Michael Jordan of the culinary world, because he's so crazy talented, smart and hard-working. This segment is a recipe that I make all the time because my kids and friends request it. We made it on one of the hottest days in the summer in New York City, as you'll see. We were sweating like crazy, but boy was it worth it!
