Consumers' Group Calls For Investigation Of Ohio Utilities

A coalition of Ohio consumer groups asked state regulators Monday to investigate American Electric Power Co. (AEP), DPL Inc. ( DPL), Duke Energy Corp. (DUK) and FirstEnergy Corp. (FE) to determine whether the utilities are doing enough to limit power outages.
