CBS Reforms Celebrity Culture Site Dotspotter As TheInsider

This story was written by David Kaplan.

CBS (NYSE: CBS) has unveiled a "sneak peak" of its challenge to celebrity blogs like TMZ.com and PerezHilton: TheInsider.com.
