The bill includes a range of categories, including expert witnesses, mental-health evaluations and court-reporting services.
So far, the state has paid $118,847 of those expenses and determined it will not pay nearly $12,000 of that total, reports the Orlando Sentinel.
The largest portion that has been paid to date is for the category that includes investigative services, mitigation specialist work and subpoena service - totaling up to $67,100, reports the paper.
Anthony initially paid for her defense with $200,000 she received from ABC News for her family photos and videos, and money from private donors. But she ran out of money and in March 2010 asked the court to declare her indigent so the state could pay the rest of her defense tab.
Circuit Judge Stan Strickland, the judge initially assigned to the case, found Anthony indigent and ruled taxpayers would pay for the rest of her defense bill, except for lawyer fees. No one on her defense team will be paid by the state, reports the Sentinel.
On July 5, a jury found Anthony not guilty of murder, aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter in the death of her daughter. The 25-year-old was convicted of four counts of lying to law enforcement and was released from jail early Sunday. Her whereabouts are not publicly known.
