Buzz Briefs: Britney's Holiday Plans
Britney Can't Drive Kids, Judge Rules
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have hashed out a holiday deal for Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, to spend Wednesday with their mother and Thursday with their father. According to TMZ, Spears will also be able to visit her children early Thanksgiving Day.
In a closed hearing, a judge ruled Monday that Spears is not allowed to drive her children. The decision comes in the wake of a slew of auto incidents in recent weeks. Britney Spears allegedly ran over three people's feet with her car within the past month. The Los Angeles Times reported at least one of the run-ins is under investigation because the star allegedly left the scene of the accident.
Last month Spears ran over the foot of a TMZ.com photographer, whose "tire-tracked" sock was later put up for auction. Early this month Spears allegedly ran over a deputy's foot while leaving the Los Angeles County Superior Court following a custody hearing. The Los Angeles Times reports Spears ran over the foot of a photographer as the celebrity left the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills last Thursday.Timeline: Britney's Meltdown

Is Tom Cruise Camera Shy?
According to MSNBC.com's The Scoop, Tom Cruise is not too happy about a photo circulating of him in a fat suit and a chest wig. The photos were taken on the set of the new film "Tropic Thunder" and were about to be printed in the celebrity magazines on Friday when editors received letters from Cruise's lawyers threatening legal action if they were printed, reports The Scoop.
Apparently the photos were taken by photo agency INF which also sent a letter to editors saying that "these pictures were taken without breaking any criminal or civil laws, we have decided to pull them from circulation effective immediately."
Cruise donned the fat suit and chest wig for a cameo in the Ben Stiller comedy, and some speculate that Cruise doesn't want the photos out there because "Tropic Thunder" is being produced by Cruise's company; or maybe he just doesn't want to spoil the surprise.
