Burger King Denies Putting Prophylactics on Whoppers

College student Van Miguel Hartless claims he bit into an unwrapped condom in his Southwestern Whopper at a Rutland, Vermont BK. He's pursuing legal action, seeking damages for pain and suffering, emotional duress, and medical expenses. Franchise owner Carrols Corporation investigated in cooperation with the Vermont Department of Health and is confident the claim is invalid.

But Hartless still has the sandwich and the condom. He must be telling the truth!

Hopefully for the king, Hartless will end up in jail with the Wendy's finger-planting fraudsters. If not, you may want to amend "hold the pickles, hold the lettuce" to ensure your patty's condom-free.
