Bring Vista's Breadcrumbs to Windows XP with QT Address Bar

qt-address-bar.jpgSay what you will about Windows Vista -- the operating system's "breadcrumb" approach to file and folder navigation beats the traditional folder-tree system by a mile. Now Windows XP users can enjoy the breadcrumb system thanks to QT Address Bar, a free utility. After installing the software (which requires Windows .NET Framework 2.0), just fire up Windows Explorer, then click View > Toolbars > QT Breadcrumbes Address Bar. Presto! Now you can navigate your file system just like in Vista. It's a great little add-on for anyone who wants one of Vista's benefits without all of Vista's yucky shortcomings. [via gHacks.net]
