Are You Aiming High Enough?

In business, there's much talk about setting goals and often we're told to "keep them achievable".

Clearly that's good advice.

However, there's a distinction between having goals that are realistically attainable and having goals that are simply set too low.

Some years ago I made a lousy job of managing a pop band and in this video I explain what went wrong.
