Are You a World-Class Sales Organization?

Here's a way to find out if your firm is the best of the best (or even anywhere near it.)

Every so often, the Chally Group, which does research into sales effectiveness, surveys customers to find out which vendors they really like doing business with, and why. Chally compiles the responses and then gives awards to the companies that customers praise the most. Chally also creates a final report describing what's working (and what's not) in the world of selling.

What's particularly cool about this research project is that if your firm participates, you get a free copy of the summary results from what your clients had to say about you and your competitors and a copy of the final report, which (based on the previous reports, which I've seen) have plenty of strategic and tactical information that can help you sell better in the future. And there's always a possibility that YOUR customers will praise your firm highly enough so that YOU end up with an award!

Anyway, if you want to get a copy of what your clients think about your sales force and a copy of the final report, you'll need to get your firm involved and have your client evaluate your sales force! To do this, go to this website: World Class Sales. It contains everything you need to know to get your firm started.

BTW, if you get involved in this, there's a chance that you and I might end up touching bases, because 1) I've written articles about Chally's research in the past and may do so in the future and 2) I'm working on a book about selling with Chally CEO Howard Stevens.
