Alec Baldwin asks Piers Morgan: "Have you ever been properly in love"?
(CBS) Piers Morgan is used to dishing out the questions with ease. But when Alec Baldwin appeared on the British host's CNN show Wednesday night, Morgan got a taste of what it feels like to be on the other side of the table.
The topic? Love, but of course.

"I must ask you Piers, have you even been properly in love?," Baldwin asked, complete with a British accent. "I was asked by your staff to pose this very question."
Morgan laughed, and said, "I have been properly in love," before quickly turning the attention back to Baldwin by posing the very same question.
Baldwin, maintaining his best Morgan impression, said, "The past is just a blur ... Now is all that matters. The woman I'm with now is really the only woman I've ever been in love with. Everything else is just child's play before now. I wasn't properly in love."
Aside from romance, Baldwin also talked politics. He didn't rule out a run for office, but said he still plans to act for a couple of years. "In that amount of time, maybe in the not too distant future, I'll survey that again and think, is there an opportunity for me?" he told Morgan.
Earlier, Baldwin, 53, gushed about his girlfriend, 27-year-old yoga instructor Hilaria Thomas, calling her "probably one of the greatest people I've ever met in my life."
Baldwin was married to Kim Basinger from 1993-2002. They have one child together.
Morgan and his wife Marion Shalloe divorced in 2008 after nearly 20 years together. They have three kids. He wed journalist Celia Walden in 2010. They welcomed their first child together, Elise, last fall.
