Caught on video: SW Miami-Dade theft victim hopes you can ID "porch pirate," report to police
A SW Miami-Dade woman watched as a black pickup truck pulled up to her home, a woman hops out, takes a package, gets back on the truck and they drive off. She did not even cover her face.
