Facing South Florida: Felon Voting Rights
This past Sunday, federal judges ruled on Amendment 4, specifically the class action lawsuit filed after state lawmakers said felons had to repay all monies owed before they could vote.
Judges ruled in favor of hundreds of thousands of people with felony convictions who will now be able to vote this fall in Florida, regardless of monies owed.
