Best Places To Get A Hot Toddy In South Florida

Such a traditional hot concoction dates back to mid 18th-century Britain. Given the usual British winter, cold and humid, the hot toddy was born to be consumed with the addition of milk before going to bed as the best recipe against a flu or a cold. Spices like cinnamon and cloves have been introduced in more recent years and the same can be said for the substitution of the whiskey with bourbon or brandy. January 11 is celebrated as National Hot Toddy Day so find a warm drink to battle your ailments with (or just for a delicious libation).
