Water conservation efforts appear to be working
Delon Kwan, the Assistant Director of Water Resources with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, joined the studio to discuss the ongoing efforts to conserve water, and how recent data shows that residents are doing their part to combat the effects of the ongoing drought.
