Ventura County experiencing rainfall, strong winds with atmospheric river looming
Joy Benedict reports from Ventura Pier, where the atmospheric river moving towards Southern California is expected to hit later Wednesday evening. Already, strong gusts of wind have begun to blow through the area as rain falls, a precursor of what Los Angeles County should expect.
