Vehicle drives into Highland Park flood control channel

A driver reportedly missed a turn and drove through a low concrete wall 20 feet into a flood-control channel at Avenue 43 and the 110 Freeway in Highland Park early Thursday. The driver crawled out of the vehicle with minor injuries.
