Tropical Storm Kay: Seal Beach, Long Beach residents on edge with flooding concerns
Emergency crews are already lineup in Long Beach awaiting any potential flooding event. Last night there was flooding along Seal Beach thanks to a high tide and authorities are concerned that more may be on the way. CBSLA's Kandiss Crone reports from Long Beach.
