Third arrest in murder of off-duty officer Gardiel Solorio
Eighteen-year-old Gerardo Magallanes of San Pedro was arrested Friday and booked for murder. It's unclear what role he played in the killing of the Monterey Park Police officer who was off-duty at the time of the shooting.
