The race for California's next Insurance Commissioner
California's insurance industry is in crisis. Years of massive wildfires have lead to skyrocketing rates. Many homeowners have been dropped, and car insurance rates also just increased dramatically for drivers. Two people running for state Insurance Commissioner say they know how to fix the mess. CBS LA's Kristine Lazar spoke with them.
