Task force arrests two, seizes $200k worth of stolen goods
A man and woman in their 40s have been arrested for operating a "fence" location in downtown Los Angeles, where stolen goods were being sold. The estimated value of the nearly 14,000 stolen items is worth around $200k, according to CHP. Nicole Comstock reports.
