Southwest Airlines expects full service to continue as soon as Friday
Rick Montanez reports from Burbank Airport, one of many airports around the nation where Southwest Airlines claimed that full service would continue starting Friday, after nearly a week's worth of delays and canceled flights that impacted almost a million American's holidays.
