San Fernando Valley residents ready for heavy rain
Laurie Perez reports from San Fernando, where residents were quite literally sitting through the calm before the storm, as an atmospheric river and bomb cyclone head into Southern California. Streets lined with K-Rails and sandbags were among the many steps taken throughout the area in preparation for the major event.
